Refund policy

DRACS products are created with intention. Every piece is inspected before it leaves our hands.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You have 7 days from delivery to contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unaltered

• In original packaging

• With all tags intact

We do not accept returns for:

• Sizing preferences

• Change of mind

• Wear-and-tear from use
